Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase.

Oak City Scents is committed to providing the highest quality handmade products.

In the rare event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

To start a return or exchange. First contact us at Oakcityscentsco@gmail.com.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, along with all packaging.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. We will not be responsible for lost mail.

If your items arrive damaged we will exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oakcityscentsco@gmail.com and include a picture of the damaged item.
